This Week's Course Records Broken

• Edward Pettitt: 15 minutes and 13 seconds at Congleton Parkrun, beating the previous course record by 6 seconds.
• Jake Smith: 14 minutes and 38 seconds at Salisbury Parkrun, taking 17 seconds off the previous record with an astonishing sub-15-minute run.
• Kirsty Walker: 17 minutes and 46 seconds at Dinton Pastures Parkrun, beating the course record by 18 seconds.
• Alex Eykelbosh: 16 minutes and 39 seconds at Rickmansworth Parkrun, taking down the course record by 12 seconds.
• Beatrice Wood: 16 minutes and 40 seconds at Salisbury Parkrun, flying past the previous record by 6 seconds with a sub-17-minute run.
