This Week's Course Records Broken

• Becca Kawaoka: 16 minutes and 49 seconds at Renton Parkrun, breaking the previous record by 20 seconds. This impressive feat follows in the footsteps of "The Athlete Special" aka Spencer Brown, who set the previous record almost 6 months ago. • Sophie Colley: 19 minutes and 49 seconds at Riverside Park Parkrun, taking an insane 55 seconds off the previous course record.
