This week has seen incredible performances from standout athletes in the UK parkrun community!

This Week's Course Records Broken

• Hagos Kidana Abrha: 15 minutes and 55 seconds at Great Notley parkrun, outshining the prior course record by 11 seconds.
• Jake Smith: 15 minutes and 20 seconds at Tidworth parkrun, crushing the record by 46 seconds.
• Amy Lowe: 20 minutes and 15 seconds at Battlestead Croft parkrun, reducing their own record by 5 seconds.
• Lauren Heyes: 16 minutes and 54 seconds at Millfield parkrun, setting a new bar by taking 1 minute off the previous record.
